This charming little cottage is nestled among the trees off of Pemaquid Harbor Road.  It offers one floor living with a recently refurbished bathroom and updated beds.  A private dock and float make it the ideal getaway for small family, couple, or artist. Discounts will be considered for more than two-week rentals.  Fish right from the float, or it's the perfect starting point to explore the shore by kayak or canoe.  Short drive to area restaurants, Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, Pemaquid Beach, multiple hiking trails, and the Rachel Carson Preserve.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
