New wood floors, impeccably furnished, and new water filtration system in place as of 2018. The fireplace in the living room adds charm and a warm cozy feeling. Great area for walking/biking.  The cottage has a new deck, providing a great spot to watch the lobster boats at work or evening sunsets over the water.
