This cottage is located on a quiet private road in the heart of Pemaquid Point. It is a contemporary cottage, all on one level, located within walking distance of the Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. This immaculate cottage offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The owners recently updated all window coverings, two new screen doors, and many other improvements. There is a deck along the front of the cottage; perfect for relaxing and admiring the view to the open ocean.  It is nicely furnished with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Access to water across the road - very nice spot for walking and riding bicycles. Clear view of Monhegan Island from deck.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

4 night minimum stays considered during the off-season and within 2 weeks of arrival date if available. Damage deposit returned within 2 weeks of departure. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. Sheets and towels are not included. Information on local linen service available to rent linens. Pets considered with owner's permission.
