This is a traditional Maine cottage from the turn of the century. Located right at the waters edge it is home to its own white sandy beach. Complete privacy with the charm of oceanfront & the solitude of Maine woods. The furnishing reflects the period of the cottage, but with plenty of TLC. Cozy propane stove heat in an old fashioned fireplace will warm those chilly nights.  All bedrooms and the bathroom is upstairs. Great for kayaking/canoeing in the calm waters of Upper John's Bay.  Short drive to the working harbor of South Bristol for lobsters and clams.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
