This home is located right on the rocks of John's Bay, making it one of our most desirable homes. The large deck includes a hot tub overlooking the ocean with a full in-gound pool just steps away. This modern home offers impeccable views and sunsets. A sunroom, huge granite fireplace, large open living room, and 200 feet of ocean frontage with a wonderful deck. Also included is a two bedroom guest house with kitchenette and bath. There is a game room located in the basement w/ pool table, ping pong, Foosball, and air hockey. It also includes two kayaks and three bikes. Linens are furnished. It's just a short walk to Pemaquid Beach.
