This cozy cottage in the historic and quaint Village of Pemaquid Beach is located across the street from Little Beach. This two-bedroom and one bath picturesque cottage is set back from the beach hustle-bustle in a quiet garden spot at the edge of a salt marsh where you can watch the herons and egrets from your bedroom window.  The master bedroom is located upstairs with a queen and daybed, the downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. Recently updated bath and living space are open and functional.  This home has large windows, grill, internet, cable, and a long-distance phone. Fort William Henry – Colonial Pemaquid is a walk; and Pemaquid Lighthouse, Monhegan Island ferry, galleries, a full-service grocery (with excellent wine selections, bakery, deli, freshly cut meats, locally grown vegetables, and locally caught fish), are all within a five-minute drive. Pemaquid Beach is just next door for those who want more wave action. Go to sleep with the sound of waves swishing along the beach.
