This little cozy cottage is located on the breathtaking shores of Pemaquid Harbor. This cottage offers a comfortable living room and a wonderful screened-in porch facing the water.  The master bedroom offers an adjacent half a bath. The main bathroom is newly renovated, light and modern. This is a great location for kayaking and canoeing. The cottage is just over a mile from Pemaquid Beach and minutes from Pemaquid Lighthouse and Fort William Henry.  The large front lawn slopes to the tidal shores of Pemaquid Harbor. Behind the cottage is a separate bunkhouse which houses two twin beds.  It's a great place for older kids to have a sense of freedom while they're vacationing.  Great locale to see boats pulling in lobster traps and offering exceptional sunsets by water's edge.
