This welcoming cottage is located on a private road and in a secluded spot. Beautiful ocean view from the deck, lawn, and the living area. There is a sun deck off from the porch with a path leading down to the sea's rocks.  The living room is rustic with cathedral ceilings and a gorgeous picture window overlooking the ocean. There is a dining table located off to the side of the living room with seating for five. This cottage has a galley kitchen with all the needed kitchen amenities.  In the master bedroom, you will find a queen and twin-sized bed, stackable washer and dryer, and a full bathroom off to the side. There is also a ladder leading up to the loft, which has two twin-sized mattresses in it.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
