Traditional, large cottage sitting right on the rocks with the ocean just feet away. Panoramic views from picture windows located throughout the first floor. Master bedroom & bath are on the first floor. A small kitchen with large dining area is surrounded by windows.  Located off the main road, it is within walking distance of the Rachel Carson Preserve. Accessible rocks allow you to watch the morning fog lift with the sunrise as the local lobster boats go to work for the day.  Pets are welcome.  **Additional charge (reasonable) for late September and October rentals for heat.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
