Master bedroom and bath in cozy cottage are just steps from the kitchen.  Main house offers three bedrooms and bath upstairs along with small crib room and crib.  Lawn goes to the water's edge, which make it ideal for putting kayaks and canoes in off the rocks. Surrounded by pines, maple, and oak trees, this cottage is located on the outer edge of the much desired Christmas Cove on Rutherford's Island.  A combination of working/vacation destination, where you can sit and enjoy the views of working lobster boats or sailboats under full sail, with views of East Boothbay's shoreline and Heron Island creating a picture you will never forget.
