Westerly exposure allows spectacular sunsets over the Bay with panoramic views of Bay and Pemaquid Beach. Meticulously maintained, this light, airy and open floor plan has a new sectional leather couch and a large brick fireplace creating ambiance in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Breakfast bar with water views separates living room from the kitchen. Large French doors open the living quarters to a well placed deck along the water side. Three large bedrooms with queen and double beds new in 2014. Full basement with ping pong table and comfortable couch. Truly a great spot, wonderful for families.
